Veranda Assembly Service

Important Information

The roof of the patio roof must be installed at an angle of 8 degrees from the wall bracket to the gutter pipe.

Our verandas can be installed in to the ground or bolted on to floor slabs and paving (recommended 20mm porcelain tiles)

If you want to install the veranda yourself, you can purchase our installation kit. You will have to measure your garden yourself, and then contact us to purchase our installation kit.

If you decide to use our professional and experience installation service, we will arrange a pre-visit on-site consultation and measure the exact dimensions of your garden to ensure what you have ordered is the best choice before proceeding with the manufacture of your order.

Terms & Conditions of Our Installation Service

• The location must be easily accessible and free of obstacles
• The surface must be completely paved and flat
• If foundations are to be placed in the ground, the ground must be completely cleared of pavement, debris, existing foundations
• We will not be held liable for damage to cables and/or pipes in the ground
• The re-paving of any removed paving stones is not included and will be at your own expense where necessary
• We will not undergo any sewer system works and this will be at your expense where necessary
• We will not be liable for construction defects in the consumer's home or buildings
• You are responsible for any necessary permits/permissions. Any consequences and/or liability resulting from the lack of correct permits will not be forwarded to us.
• Any unforeseen additional work will be charged at extra cost

Maintenance

There is no need for maintenance work on our roofs and verandas, because our products are low-maintenance due to the use of high-quality aluminium. If necessary, you can wipe the aluminum with a damp cloth with soapy water to clean it. You can clean the roof with a (retractable) chamois leather. We recommend cleaning your roof at least twice a year
